Dinner at 7:00 pm
The great dinner is,
followed by Dessert Auction and Live Auction at 8:00 p.m.
There are hundreds of items you can bid on in all price ranges. Come on out and support the youth in our county.
Thanks
Monies raised this evening will be used for local Merced County 4-H programs. This includes member and volunteer events, conferences, activities like presentation and public speaking, and recognition and incentives.
Again thanks for your support for the positive development of youth in our county.
Welcome

The Auctions will include various gift packs, merchant items, homemade crafts, items made by 4-H members and more . . . Please enjoy viewing and socializing around all of the wonderful items donated for this auction.
We hope you will find some items that you would like to take home! There are items for all price ranges. In addition to some larger Theme Baskets, you will find items like quilts, two sailing trips, Christmas decorations, tools and so much more!
Appetizers
Enjoy some cheese, crackers, chips and salsa as you view the auction items and visit with friends. 4-H members will coming around with trays of goodies. Other members will be coming around to sell tickets for soft drinks, bottle water, and plates of cookies to be purchased at the drink booth.
Dinner
Dinner will be served through a serving line. Claim a seat at one of the dinner tables and enter the serving line near the kitchen. There will be plenty of great food from Pat Gallichio and Antone Giannone, so don’t worry. The serving line may start before all the silent auction tables close, so you can still bid on items and eat later.
Desserts
The Desserts are on display at the Drink Booth, so check out all the wonderful goodies and desserts. Some of the desserts will be silent auctioned and some desserts will be live auctioned just after dinner. All desserts can be taken home or shared at your table. 4-H will provide you with extra plates and silverware at the dinner tables. We also, have cookies that sell for $5.00 a tray.
Auctions
Silent Auction
The silent auction items are displayed on tables. Announcements will be made as to the closing of the silent auction tables. A few tables will close at different times. Remember to check back often to add your winning bid!
Live Auction
Following the desserts we will have the Live Auction. Any late items will be announced at the auction stand. You may view the live auction items on the front stage. Look for trips, ball game tickets, dinner and a Play, some lamb and pork for your freezer, and more! Printouts of the live auction items will be available on the dinner tables or ask the computer entry people for a copy.
Banking
After you have exhausted all your bidding on the silent, dessert, and live items you can check out at the bank for your bill and receipt. They will total up all the goodies you have won and after paying you can take your receipt to the silent auction area to collect your loot!
Door Prize
A two night stay in Moss landing at Captain Billy’s and dinner at Phil’s Fish Market! The door prize is an excellent closing to a fun evening. Drawing from dinner tickets so make sure that you have added your name to the back of your ticket and stick around as you must be present to win!
